- Your order history (the items you bought, totals and order status)
- Your account details, if you create an account. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider and is never visible to us
- Information you provide when contacting our customer support
Online payments are made on Razorpay's secure page. We never see or store your full card number.
We use your information to:
- Process your order, take payment and deliver it to you
- Send you order confirmation and shipping emails
- Create and manage your account and show your past orders
- Reply to your questions and requests
- Keep our website working and secure
We share your information only with the companies that help us run the store, and only what they need to do their job:
- Razorpay, to take your online payment securely
- Supabase, which hosts our database and sign-in
- Resend, which sends our order and support emails
- Shipping carriers, who need your name and address to deliver your order
We do not sell your personal information.
We use a small cookie to remember the items in your cart (it stores only product IDs and quantities), and cookies that keep you signed in if you have an account. These are needed for the store to work.
We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy.
We take care to protect your information. Online payments are handled by Razorpay, and our database is set up so that customers can only see their own orders.
No website can be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe.
You can contact us at any time to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your account and personal information, where we are able to
