By accessing or using the Ruach Coffee website (our “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Please do not:
- Try to gain access to parts of the website or other people's accounts that you are not allowed to use
- Interfere with how the website works or try to overload it
- Give us false information when you place an order or create an account
If you create an account, please keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
We do our best to describe and show our products accurately, but colours and packaging may look slightly different on your screen.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or an error in price or description is found, and we will refund you in full if we do.
Prices are shown on the website at checkout. Shipping is added at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking), and cash on delivery is available on eligible orders. We never see or store your full card number.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days, and orders over ₹499 qualify for free shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays and local courier services.
You can return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, subject to our return conditions. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The Ruach Coffee name, logo, photographs, text and design on this website belong to Ruach Coffee. Please do not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.
